While delivering yachts from NZ to the UK, or performing electrical fit outs in NZ embassies in more than 20 countries, Jim Frost spent long periods away from his Wellington rental properties in Mount Victoria and Kilbirnie. Reliant on third parties to handle property maintenance tasks, Jim learned first hand the potential difficulties and frustrations that landlords can have in organising property maintenance long distance, one particular question formed in Jim’s mind:

How does one get property maintenance work completed crisply and holistically, across multiple skill and trade boundaries in a common sense way with minimum impact on rental cash flow, occupancy and tenant satisfaction?
